The 2026 autumn auctions at Macho & Chlapovič promise to be exceptional once again. We are delighted to present two important numismatic collections, each with its own distinctive character, story and perspective on the history of coinage. Auction #39 – Jaroslav Kokolus Collection – will be dedicated to Kremnitz ducats, double ducats and thaler issues. Auction #40, alongside our traditional selection of historical coins, will feature an extensive First Czechoslovak Republic collection assembled by a Czech collector and preserved within the same family for three generations. Both floor auctions will take place on 23 October 2026.

The online continuation of the autumn Auction #37 by Macho & Chlapovič will take place from October 27 to 30, 2025, featuring over 1,600 lots. The eLive auctions include Celtic and medieval coins, rare Transylvanian and Habsburg issues, Czechoslovak and world coins, as well as historical banknotes.

Two exceptional Czechoslovak banknotes from 1945 – the 100 koruna note featuring T. G. Masaryk and the 50 koruna note with M. R. Štefánik – rank among the rarest examples of Czechoslovak notaphily. Both colour trial prints by Bradbury, Wilkinson & Co. will be auctioned at Macho & Chlapovič Auction #37, held on 24 October 2025 at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Prague.
